• Centre for Oil Pollution Watch v. Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (2004) FHC/L/CS/368 – presently pending at the Court of Appeal Lagos Division.

ARBITRATION

An adhoc arbitration at United State of America between a US Oil Company and an African Energy Company over Crude Oil purchase (parties are against disclosure of their names). Our team led by Mr. Mbadugha represented the respondent in the arbitration.
