James, K. Chijioke practices Oil & Gas, Intellectual Property, Debt Recovery, Admiralty, Marine Insurance and Litigation. He graduated from the Law School of the Edo State University, Nigeria with an LL.B (Hons) degree in 1996. He was admitted to the Bar of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 1997 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He joined McCarthy Mbadugha & Co. in 1999. He heads the Intellectual Property Practice Group of McCarthy Mbadugha & Co. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a legal adviser to Class action International, a Non Governmental Organisation.
